Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables (e.g., teas, massage oils, aromatherapy sprays) or personalized items. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

If your product is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
